We:
– Implement Anti-Bribery Policies and Procedures.
– Train process and control owners on new policies.
– Communicate the policies to all involved parties (internally and externally).
– Identify an internal compliance officer in charge of ensuring compliance of the Anti-Bribery Management System.
– Help perform periodic compliance reviews and report results to management.
– Implement controls related to gift treatment.
– Design a system to report alleged bribery events.
