– Reviewing supporting documentation.
– Performing physical inspections. Based on a Mapping Process (Via walkthroughs) for the proper analysis on risks and controls.
Preparation of:
– Map of Risks, by Impact and Occurrence.
– Report of Findings and Recommendations, with action plans, process owners and expected completion dates.
